Official Rules for Grace Baptist Church of Germantown Scholarship Program
BACKGROUNDThe Grace Baptist Church of Germantown scholarship fund has been established to provide financial assistance to active members of the congregation. These scholarships are a part of the churches ongoing commitment to education. ELIGIBILITYCurrently enrolled high school seniors who are eligible to attend an accredited college or university. Grants are primarily for fulltime undergraduate study. Successful applicants may receive funds for a maximum of four years, unless in a five year program. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
SCHOLARSHIP TERM & CONDITIONSScholarship recipients must enroll in and attend a four-year accredited college or university in the academic year following their selection. Verification of enrollment is required. Scholarship funds will be paid via a check directly to the institution in which the student enrolls. Scholarship funds will not be paid directly, nor reimbursed, to an award recipient. Scholarship funds will be applied toward tuition fees and other appropriate educational expenses, as determined by Scholarship committee. SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATIONAll completed applications must be postmarked by January 1, 2011. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
